President’s Pen 

Can you believe how quickly the first quarter of the 2016/2017 school year has flown by?! May-be we should call a time out so we can see some of the amazing things that have been happening with the Stowers PTA, and what we have coming up. We have had a great start to our Donation Drive, and we are still looking for your help to knock it out of the park! Thanks to all of our fami-lies who already stepped up to bat to support our main fundraiser this year. We have also had a large team of players that have suited up as volunteers al-ready. There is always room for more on the roster! I hope you all will join us at our 8th Annual Hoedown on Friday, November 4th! It is our fall festival with many family-friendly activities that help fund our classroom re-sources. Our students will partici-pate in our in-house Patriot’s Parade for Veteran’s Day, and also get some holiday shopping done at our annual Holiday Shop. It takes a great team of people all working together that continue to make Stowers such an amazing place for our students to learn. Thanks for being a part of it! One team! One Dream!
